>Historique Groupe Lacroix
A partir d'une exploitation familiale et artisanale créée en 1946 à Bois d'Amont (Jura), fabricant à l'époque une diversité d'objets et jouets en bois, naît une S.A.R.L le 1er juillet 1953, puis une S.A. le 28 juin 1966.
Depuis 1953, la société LACROIX s'est spécialisée dans la fabrication d'emballages fromagers en bois et carton.A partir de 1960, la production d'emballages en carton devient la principale activité du groupe.
1953 à 1961 : Extension constante des bâtiments de l'usine de Bois d'Amont.
1966 : Construction d'une usine de production à Hennezel (Vosges).
1968 : Construction de l'usine de Sagy (Saône et Loire).
1974 : Rachat d'une usine de fabrication de caisses en bois (maraîcher et fromager) à Frontenaud (Saône et Loire). Il y est adjoint une activité parallèle de fabrication de contreplaqué pour les besoins internes du groupe.
1975 : Construction de l'imprimerie à Sans Vallois (Vosges) pour assurer un service plus complet au client.
1981 : Création à Bois d'Amont d'un pôle siège social destiné à centraliser l'ensemble de l'administration du groupe LACROIX.
1981 : Achat d'un bâtiment à la Ferté Macé (Orne) pour assurer un service plus performant aux clients de la région du Camembert.
1985 : Poursuite de l'implantation dans l'Ouest de la France avec la construction d'une usine de production à Juvigny-le-Tertre (Manche).
1986 : La société se lance dans l'activité de transformation plastique. Pour cela, elle rachète un bâtiment à Foncine-le Haut (Jura) et crée la S.A.R.L. PLASTI-LAX, filiale de la S.A. ETS RENE LACROIX.
1987 : Rachat d'un bâtiment pour l'activité plastique à Ardon (Jura).
1997 : La société s'implante au Canada (Québec) en créant sa filiale LACROIX PACKAGING.
1999 : Création d'une filiale NORTH AMERICA IML CONTAINERS au Canada pour la transformation plastique.
2000 : Développement vers l'Europe de l'Est, par création de filiales :
WOOD PAK en Pologne
LACROIX OPAKOWANIA en Pologne
LACROIX AMBALAJE en Roumanie
2001 : Poursuite du développement vers les pays de l'Est avec la création de LACROIX OUPAKOWKI en Russie.
2002 : Création de la filiale PAKAL en Algérie.
2003 : Les ETS RENE LACROIX et Cie deviennent LACROIX Emballages
2004 : Création d'une imprimerie en Pologne, OSDRUK.
2004/2005 : Transfert de l'activité de déroulage et de placage du bois de l'usine de Frontenaud à celle de Cousance (Jura) nouvellement construite afin d'augmenter les capacités de production.
2005 : Création d'une usine de production en Turquie : LACROIX AMBALAJ.
2006 : Création d'une usine de transformation plastique dans l'Iowa (USA) ; IML CONTAINERS IOW.
2007 : Création d'une usine de production en Allemagne : LACROIX VERPACKUNGEN
2008 : Création d'une usine de production en

Le bureau d'étude génie mécanique développe et conçoit l'intégralité des matériels et robots du groupe.
Nos 2 ateliers mécaniques :
- construisent les machines et robots

à chaque produit client
- contrôlent la production à distance

DEROULAGE ET PLACAGE DU BOIS
Notre unité ultramoderne de déroulage et placage du bois :
- fourni la totalité des éléments bois aux usines
de production
- permet de complexer le bois avec différents
matériaux pour répondre aux contraintes
alimentaires
- respecte l'environnement grâce à une production
interne d'énergie émanant de la récupération
des déchets de bois.
IMPRESSION
Nos 2 imprimeries équipées de presses offset :
- fournissent l'intégralité des impressions
aux usines de production
- contrecollent et découpent différents types de carton
- sont équipées d'un système CTP permettant
une fabrication rapide des plaques.
Le groupe Lacroix à toujours privilégié l'intégration totale de ses procédés de fabrication.

Nous avons intégré toutes les étapes de la fabrication : du déroulage du bois à l’assemblage des emballages.
Le bois utilisé est essentiellement le peuplier.
Par nature, le peuplier est apte au contact alimentaire direct.

Die Konstruktionsabteilung für Maschinentechnik konstruiert und entwickelt sämtliche Anlagen und Maschinen des Unternehmens.
In unseren meschnischen Werkstätten werden:

Die komplette Fertigung wird in unserem Haus realisiert: vom Schälen des Holzes bis hin zur Verpackungsmontage.
Die hauptschlich dabei verwendete Holzart ist Pappelholz, das von Natur aus für den direkten Kontakt mit Lebensmitteln geeignet ist.

Cartonul utilizat este un carton multistrat ( triplex) , carton care permite contactul direct cu produsele alimentare.

A family-run, handicraft enterprise set up in 1946 at Bois d'Amont (Jura), at that time making a variety of wooden objects and toys, becomes a private limited liability company on 1 July 1953 and, subsequently, a public limited company on 28 June 1966
Since 1953, the Lacroix company has specialised in the production of wooden and cardboard cheese packaging and since 1960 cardboard packaging production has been the group's main activity
1953 to 1961: The Bois d'Amont factory buildings are continuously extended1966 A production plant is built at Hennezel (Vosges).1968 The Sagy (Saône et Loire) plant is built.
1974: An existing plant for the production of wooden crates (for market gardeners and cheese makers) is purchased at Frontenaud (Saône et Loire). Said plant is also used for the parallel production of plywood to meet the internal needs of the Group
1975: A printing plant is built at Sans Vallois (Vosges) in order to provide a more complete service for the client
1979: A building is purchased at Bois d'Amont for the establishment of a mechanical workshop that is to be responsible for maintaining and repairing machines, producing tools and carrying out studies and technological research into new machines and production methods
1981: The head office is established at Bois d'Amont in order to centralise the administration of the Lacroix Group
1981: A building at Ferté Macé (Orne) is purchased in order to offer clients in the Camembert region a more efficient service.
